Book a physio. Move with them. Submit your receipt to insurance.

NurtureCore Studio keeps it simple. You pay upfront, your physio leads the session, and we hand you a receipt formatted for your insurer.

1. Match with a physio in your state

Filter by specialty, price, and rating. We only show physios licensed in your state or province — required by most insurers for reimbursement.

2. Book a 1:1 virtual session

Pick 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Pay upfront with card, HSA, or FSA. Free to cancel up to 24 hours before.

3. Move with intention

Join your private video session. Your physio assesses, coaches, and sends home practice afterward.

4. Get your receipt — submit it yourself

After each session we email you a superbill (a receipt formatted for insurance) with the CPT code, ICD-10 diagnosis, and your provider's NPI. Forward it to your insurer through their app or portal — most plans reimburse out-of-network PT.

Why we restrict to your state. Most US and Canadian insurance plans only reimburse physical-therapy services delivered by a provider licensed in the patient's state or province. We only show you in-state physios so the receipt you get actually works. More on billing →
